(panda) Teemo Boots Bug

Homeguards wont turn on after walking to base, and if they do, its for a split second. anything in parentheses is what i used

1. buy homegaurds (Sorcerers Shoes)
2. walk out of base, then back inot the fountain
3. run around a little inside the fountain
4. if they do turn on, then it may only be for a second or two, but after like 5 minutes it has worked for me DAMN YOU TEEMO
