client not fully loading? [CLIENT]

okay so here's the jist of what's happening: when i log in, all is good... then... the summoner icons don't load, they are just black, but when i hover over their name, they turn bright pink! if i want to choose an icon, the icons part is completely blank! when i view someone elses profile, the main page doesnt load, then there is always a black border around everything i cant even click my own profile thats all i have discovered so far
