[CLIENT] : Spectator mode keeps crashing

90% of the time that I decide to spectate a friend's game the spectator mode crashes. Sometimes it is hard to load the game and other times when I load up the game, the spectator server is down. Some of the messages that pop up are, "The spectator server is down", "Unable to download spectator metadata", "(Something) stopped responding". I think league has been suffering from spectator issues for a while and it is high time to fix it. Thank you.
