Luden's Echo+Fizz Bug
I was playing Fizz today and I saw that the Luden's Echo was activating by the regular auto attack. It was activating with abilities too but auto without his W ability is OT supposed to trigger luden's I believe.

Fizz W passive deals a %missing hp DoT that deals magic damage. Luden's procs on any magic damage your abilities deal.
League is fraught with inconsistencies, especially in the on-hit effects department. There are already contradictions in Only Fish's assertion. Let me just go through the list:
Viktor's empowered auto-attack from Siphon Power will not apply spell effects, despite dealing magic damage.
Jax's Empower will apply spell effects. It deals magic damage as an on-hit.
Udyr's DoT from Tiger Stance will apply spell effects, despite being a physical damage on-hit effect.
Teemo's Toxic Shot will not apply spell effects, despite dealing magic damage, because it's coded as an on-hit effect.
Nautilus's Titan's Wrath is coded as a DoT on-hit effect, but will not apply spell effects.
Fizz's Seastone Trident is considered a "DoT non-physical on-hit effect" which, for whatever its worth, somehow means he can apply spell effects.
So, basically, Fizz is part of a spell group of people that gets free Luden's procs just by auto-attacking and walking around. Should Riot fix this and other on-hit inconsistencies? Of course. Will they? Probably after a while. A significant while.
