Missing Mastery token

I was given a Mastery token for Nami after just winning a game and getting Mastery level 5 on her as well as an S-. But it is not showing in my hextech crafting. i tried logging in and back out and the token is still missing.

You can't gain Mastery Level 5 and get a token towards level 6 in the same game.
