game issues ever since the mini patch for MSI

Ever since getting a mini patch today for the MSI stuff and cosmic blade yi, I have been having trouble with getting into game. I have already made a report the first time this has happened. For some reason I am fine when it comes to logging in and choosing draft mode , banning and picking champs but when it gets to the loading screen to get into game, I am sitting there for 5 minutes or more. The first time it took 3 minutes and then decided to crash. when i had to relog it decided to undo the mini patch and redo it. It would bring me back to the loading screen and would get to 50% before it kicked me back to the main screen and found out that a remake was called and marked me as a leaver. I just recently tried to enter another game thinking that it was just a minor bug/ fluke and it decided to be fine when it came to choosing the game mode, the banning of champions and picking of them, but it did the same thing yet again of taking 5 minutes to load in but this time when i finally did load in, it gave me a black screen at first and then sped through what was going on in chat and a remake happened and it ended up as a defeat with me getting reported and marked as a leaver again. I have checked my internet and all is fine, there is a good connection, no lag , the speed is fine. I dont have anything running in the background of my computer when i play and when this has happened.
