Can't Gift Any Friends!!! [HELP]

I've been trying to gift some people on my friends list but nothing pops up. When I try to choose a recipient a text under the box says 'No items matched your search criteria'

My friend is eligible to recieve RP gifts and I do have 500 RP but I can't seem to be able to choose a player to gift. I've logged in and out of league and I've even restarted my computer. Any help is appreciated!!
