Can't choose or pick a champion (champion select bug)
first game i cant choose runes and masteries, second game cant choose any champion, how to fix that?. it makes me dodge and lose LP and wait 30 mins. pls help

fix your god damn game riot, this is happening to me 50% of the time i go into game. rng my arse. either i cannot pick a champ or ban a champ or the client is black and unable to do anything. pls riot gods among the heavens send to us, your lowly peasant worshippers, a fix from the heavens.

I'm getting the same issue, but now you can't go back to the legacy client. would love to get some acknowledgement from Riot on these issues. I've stopped playing ranked and if lucky will get one normal game a day before I'm banned for not being able to select a champ if I'm lucky enough to get a 2-second window of opportunity when everything 'catches up' and I actually see what's going on. So frustrating.
I am experiencing the same problem, when I am in rank champion selection I could ban champion but when is my turn to choose my champion, the server did not provide me any options. I was forced to quit because unable to select a champion in time. It counted me as dodging the game and make me wait 5 min, 30 min and 45 mins. Can someone look into the problem and fix it ?
Why do I keep getting disconnected in Ranked Champion Select lobbies? This happens everyday if not happens to my roommate. We will look into a new modem but 60 ping in-game means that shouldn't be the issue? I wouldn't mind if it was a simple 5 min timer once a month. But 30 minutes everyday? Im glad I dont buy skins
Edit: Also effects my promo's which is a joke.
Edit: I can talk in lobby to allies. Then right before my champ selection the enemies timer will be stuck on 0. Then I can no longer talk in chat and everyone leaves lobby. The client asks if I would like to exit instead. As I wait an error message pops up. Then I am back in lobby with a dodge timer that has grown to 30 minutes.
Same thing just happend to me in ranked. I banned a champ (new 10 ban system) and when I was to select a champion no option came up, just a view of map and the different roles. Does RIOT give a fuck about losing lp? I'd love to get somekind of acknowledge of the problem or my lost points back..

I have the same problem, it happend 2 games in a row now im que blocked and cant switch back to the legacy client... How can i fix it?
I have found that Installing Adobe Air and restarting your computer should do the trick. Give it a try and get back to me in comments!

I hate it. Everytime I have to ban. I have to spam multiple times. I was in a promo game. And I selected sej to ban. I couldnt ban her cause it didnt register man ban and I took a promo loss.

This happened to me 2 years later. I preselected a champion and for whatever reason it locked me into my role but let me select other roles. I only could not select Annie this has also happened to me on Katarina.
I get a dodge penalty when I double click a champion.
New client? If yes, that's why I switched back to the old client months ago.

Same happened to me after updating to patch 7.10. I could not select/ban any champs at champ select and got a 5 min penalty, then i tried again and had the same problem so I got a 30 min penalty. What is going on?? Riot please keep us posted
I have the same problem from the 7.10 update......all my champs are locked....i can't pick and i get ban, RITO make this game unplayable, they only do updates without fixing a problems they rush so much with updates and they don't care about the problems that the players have, they only care about the competitions and the teams they don't care about the solo Q and the gold and under players who are the 95% of League players actually........
Same issue right there , just happened in my promo series 2 times in a row . Feelsbad man , i even won the first game then got 2 losses like this
mine does this too but the old client sais it is retired is there any other way because riot does nothing and doesn't give a squat about the players
