i can not play league

i got punishment because afk, i deal with it. BUT IT WONT STOP. I wait 20 mins, after that its automaticaly back to home screen, when i try to play again, should wait for 20 mins again. yoooo how to fix this. i just wanna play this game omfg, what kind of ** is this. HELP
