Game Freezes but audio still plays.

So, every game that I go into, the game will freeze at loading screen but the audio will still play. This problem has happened to me twice and has gotten me demoted. If someone could help with this that would be nice. I've never had this problem in any other patch so I really hope it's a temporary problem. I'd really hate for a bug to be the reason why I quit League of Legends.
