Azir Bug

Hello Riot I Found another bug thats been happening to azir . What happenoing is that whenever Azir uses his Q and auto attacks right after it ends the auto attack does not process. There are instances when u can see the start of the animation, hear the sound of the auto attack, and sometimes the full animation but it dose no damage. It happens to me frequently and if this is a bug i miss out on alot of potential damage. If it is intended of well. However if it is a bug it really annoying and i think it can hapeen during anytime of the game
