Kalista Bug with soulbound

Hello, I recently just discovered a bug, I was playing Kalista top. Yorick was jungle, I forgot to soul bound him at the start, so I met up with him in jungle at level 4 by the frog dude to do it. Well, I was killed shortly after activating my soul bound item. What resulted was every time I would try to use it, it would make that sound effect and immediately go on cool down. I was unable to soul bound anyone. But my Ultimate would light up with Yorick around, when i activated it nothing would happen.... Hope I provided enough detail about this bug.
