Blocked people still being able to send game & friend invites.

ive got 3 blocked friends on my blocked list yet theres one who, since the 5.9 patch, has been still able to send game invites and friend invites when it clearly says you wont receive them. I still receive them, so im sure now this is a bug. ive tried unblocking and reblocking, but it didn't fix it, so can someone help with this issue please?

We can give it a shot later if you'd like, and see if blocking me prevents games invites from going through.
