[Client] Bought presteige skin but did not receive the skin bug

went to token shop bought the skin it took my 2000 tokens and did not give me the skin. i heard there are issues with the token shop and ur looking into it but can you know that i spent the tokens on the skin? i hope we get an update on this because i got the pass just for this riven skin and feel scammed
