Token shop not working [client]

went to the token shop spent 2000 tokens on riven presteige skin. it took my 200 tokens and did NOT give me the skin. i've restarted client several times and still have not received the skin going back into the shop it says i don't own it even tho i spent the tokens. please fix this i spent money on the pass for this skin.
