Abilities bug

So. Sometimes, when i load into a game. None of my abilities will work. I cant use b to back, cant use Q,W,E(whichever I have chosen) I can however. Use G to ping. Use (ENTER) and type. but cant cast anything. I know for a fact its not my settings being changed to normal cast from smart cast. Ive tried to change and switch setting while in game to try and fix it quickly. but it refuses to work. so the only thing that does work is exiting the game, and actually exiting the client entirely. (just exiting the game and pressing "reconnect" doesnt work) and Re-logging in. Sometimes ive had to do it 2-3 times before they work. This is terrible for playing ranked because, by the time i fix it. I am so far behind in cs and levels. the enemy laner just shoves and zones me out so I cant catch up. sometimes causing the game to be at a loss. Im wondering if anyone know what i can do to fix this. I have the Corsiar k70 rapidfire keyboard.
