Dodge BUG (PLEASE RIOT HELP)

I recently played a game. In ranked. While a que. A player who was playing teemo Top. He dodged. I know this because it said (insert username here) left the room. Well the client didn't leave the champion select. and we were forced to play into a 4v5. We lost Now obviously I would like my lp back. If that's not possible I would just like Riot to know this Bug occurred. Thank you [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I have been on both ends of this bug where I thought I dodged a game but didn't (thank God I had a friend in it so I didn't get a leave I quickly reconnected) and where a team mate left in champ select there was a message saying they left the room but I had to play a 4 very 5
