Draft Pick Bug - Pick Hovering

Not sure if this has been reported before, but for a few patches now when I go into a Draft Pick Normal Match, in the first hover stage of champ select, I don't get to hover my champion. I dont get the champion tab popout thing. I can only hover after I lock in my ban. No clue if this happens in Ranked aswell as I haven't played it in a while and obviously not going to go in champ select in ranked just to test it, but it happens every single draft game. Dont know how many patches has this been a thing because I dont play draft pick very often, I usually play blind pick but recently I've played with some friends that only play draft and I seem to be the only one having this issue.
