Draven Disappearing Axes Bugs

The fact that this bug has been around since he came out and its still not fixed pisses me off. I only play draven for fun in normal games with friends, he's the only adc I enjoy playing, and this bug happens atleast once a game, usually twice or more. This might seem like a minor issue but when it happens in the middle of a fight you end up losing on most of your dps and it has lost me 1v1's and teamfights before. Even in lane, the extra usage of 45 mana can be critical at times and it does cost me last hits too. This is one of the most major gameplay draven bugs, please fix this already. Thanks.
