Trying to solve the source of my critical error bug

Getting critical error bugs 1-2 times per game. Especially common when alt-tabbing. This only occurred after upgrading to win10 and has occurred even after wiping a drive and clean installing. Have tried every suggested fix on every forum post I've seen. Also getting issues with frame skipping when in game.
