Zero Ability to Join into a Game

After champ select nothing loads and I get immediately thrown into the reconnect client screen. Clicking that button does nothing and re-logging just puts me back into the same reconnect loop. Client stays the same way til game ends in which i'm put into the honor screen and end game lobby. This makes me literally only able to AFK from every game which is putting me into slower and slower queues as the glitch persists. Repair and Comp restart does not fix the issue either.

UPDATE: I may now be permanently stuck in practice tool thanks to this glitch as the game still goes on without me in it.
