Cinderhulk always on?
Was noticing through the last couple of games I played that the Cinderhulk immolate passive seemed to be always on. I wasn't in combat either as the mobility boots I was using worked. Is this a bug or an intended change?

Goonpocalypse1 votesI've been looking everywhere for an answer to this, I can accept the damage but I'm very upset that I can no longer sweep Drag or Baron without aggroing.
daktron1 votesYes this is how they are "nerfing" cinderhulk. Instead of a stacking buff its a constant passive that does 100% bonus damage to monsters. It now does [15 (+0.6 per champion level) magic damage]
