Random ping spikes as of 3 days makes game pretty much unplayable

Hey Guys,

I have been getting random ping spikes as of about 3-4 days ago and game has come to the point of unplayable. My internet seems to be working fine outside of league of legends, no delay, no lag. In game though its a different story I get random ping spikes which hit upwards of 9000MS.

I dropped all my in game settings to very low but game is pretty much unplayable.

I have not had any issues in the past with the exception of the sound bug fps drop specific to macs which was resolved a few patches ago.

My game was running fine without any interruptions.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations on what I can do?
