[Client] Entire client has bugs.

Repost from around a week ago, except now I've noticed more things.

Ever since the outage I had in the middle of a game, I've been almost entirely unable to play LoL because of the fact that it doesn't let me queue for a game most of the time. However, there's also been a lot of other bugs I've seen.

  1. Rarely, I can't "confirm" the change to a gamemode.
  2. Sometimes after I do a Force Repatch with HRT, none of the information in the UI will load. It will show the UI, but only the "frame" of it.
  3. League straight-up doesn't open unless I go in task manager and end the LoL task in the background.
  4. If I log out and try to relog, it shows the big play button grayed out and unclickable.
  5. It'll often say "You have declined too many games and are temporarily unable to join queues."

  7. Chat messages / people joining or leaving my party have huge lag, and when a party leader starts the queue, neither the indication that I'm in queue nor the "Match Found" notification show for me. http://prntscr.com/pxp12x
  8. Sometimes, it shows the red warning sign for all gamemodes.

This is an incomplete list, and while it is possible it's due to my internet, my internet has been fixed with only a few hiccups and it still will not function properly. It's honestly rather astounding that this all came from being disconnected in the middle of a league game.

Does ANYONE have a fix to not being able to queue? I haven't been able to play for a week, and I really want to.
