[Client] Game won't let me queue.

This started yesterday in the morning. I was playing a bot game, and then my internet cut out for about an hour, meaning I couldn't connect. After it came back on, I was still attempting to reconnect (likely because the game had ended). After I exited the game and restarted the client, the game wouldn't let me requeue. It said "Players Not Ready: Beehawke". However, after a period of time, it would flash "Match found" and then immediately take it away after. Attempting to requeue would do the same thing, sometimes getting errors of "You have declined too many queues, and you cannot queue for a short period of time."

Does anyone know a solution to this? I've relogged, reinstalled twice, forced a repatch, etc.. I have no idea what to do here.
