Connection Failure

Over the course of the past week, I had been experiencing some ping issues. It seems that others are reporting the same issue. 200+ ping.... Now I can't login. At all. I've used the Hextech repair tool, physically checked all connections (pc to router, router to modem, modem to wall jack, wall jack to Network Interface Box (telephone box on the side of most houses), and from there to the curb. I have called my ISP to run a test on the line. I have eliminated my PC, Network, and ISP as the problem, and ALL my other internet services work as intended. So, Riot... the ball is in your court. Do you want to continue being the world's most played game or not? There are hundreds of thousands of other games I could play, but I'm giving my time to your product, buying your merchandise, and just being a good all around customer. So.... where's my game? Why can't I log in? I'll gladly send the log file generated by your hastily built hextech repair tool. Just fix your shit... Rito PLS!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Both live server and PBE I've been getting 10,000 or higher ping lately.

No, I didn't uninstall/reinstall. That would be pretty pointless when there are 2 different tools available from Riot to check/repair the original install. My league client did finally connect today, and other than an occasional lag spike, I've been able to play after 3 days of not being able to log on.
