Bug: Rune Page Visual Bug

So, I was going to check my rune pages when I was confronted by this jumbled mess of zoomed in rune images rendering it quite impossible to really do anything. Just something I thought that should be brought to attention. I attempted re-logging and resetting my PC as well, both were futile attempts. Unsure if anyone else is having these issues but was unable to find a bug report for the same issue.
