[Gameplay] Viktor Discharges Several Times VS Structures

Hello!

To make things brief, using Viktor's E (Siphon Power) against a minion or champion allows him to use Discharge several times in a row (usually 3) against any structure before his auto attacks return to normal. Furthermore, if the auto attack is used 3 times against structures, he is still allowed to use Discharge an additional time against a minion or champion. I highly doubt this is intentional. Further investigation is required.

i' m no viktor player, but as far as i know only the animation is applied but no effects or damage, up until the on-hit effect expires. In some riot guides this was exposed, followed by "it' s highly suggested to use discharge on a minion and then attack the turret for additional coolness, even without additional effects."
