Game Crashes on Match Loading, Won't Let Me Log In Again

So I crashed within seconds of a match loading up, I thought I'd be fine and reopened the client. It then told me that it set back the version of the game and was going to attempt to patch, but no patch happened and the game wouldn't accept my password to login. I reset my password, but it didn't do anything. I reinstalled the game to try and fix the client. Now I have 20 minute ban timers, good job, Riot.
