Rakan jungle

I'm sure I'm not the first to find this, but a buddy of mine was jungling rakan and we figured out if you knock up a monster and then ult, it follows you around endlessly attacking until you kill it?! This seems pretty significant to go unnoticed due to the fact that this could be used to tank turrets and block skill shots.
