Champ Select Freeze

I've been forced to dodge 3 times today because my champ select screen will have one person sitting at 0 seconds without them locking in, and the rest of the people (my friends) keep going in champ select. Because of this, I can't pick, hover, or lock in a champion, and im forced to log out. Im sick and tired of it, ive already tried repairing my client, and ive lost 16 lp today just from it, along with countless more in the past from the same bug.
