Autofill in bronze 3?

When riot announced about autofill in dynamic queue, I thought it only affected high elo. Whay do I, in bronze 3, have autofill enabled?

Thats why you avoid ranked unless you have a full team now You'll never get your role unless your support also trolling is gunna be horrendous now
Most likely a bug occuring from the draft pick shutdown
Riot may be giving averages for queue times, but if you play top/mid SOLO queue... it's 5-15+ Mins in Silver and Gold... Riot's just annoying with their dynamic queue pandering.
The latest post they had on DynamicQ said that autofill was on in other ques, but it was like .02% in bronze, and .04% in plat. I thought the same, but seems otherwise.
