[Gameplay] Warwick's Blood Hunt

I had this bug almost every time i played warwick. Here's how it works:

  1. Enemy is over 50% HP (not blood hunted)
  2. Warwick dies
  3. Enemy falls below 50% HP (like from turret shots) (not blood hunted because of dead Warwick)
  4. Warwick respawns
  5. Enemy is not blood hunted untill he/she/it takes any damage (from champion or minion) It's quite annoying when i play him Warwick top and i try to "finish what i started" after i die and i can't run fast enough to catch low enemy that stayed top after my death. I hope that Riot can fix it as fast as possible.

Further more his W attack speed steroid isn't getting applied until after his long ass auto attack animation is finished. This means you usually have to wait for another slow auto with the long ass animation until his att speed kicks in.

This also results in his speed boost at 20% hp rarely being used as the last auto, which only has the 50% boost because of the long ass animation, often kills the target.

There's no other melee champ, who relies on fast autos mind you, that has such a long ass animation.
