[GAMEPLAY] Mini Gnar W visual bug

To reproduce this bug you must simply be Gnar in his mini form and have your "w" passive. The thing is when you apply one or two stacks on enemy unit and then the unit dies, either from you or your teammates, the visual marks (that looks like red circles around the unit) will not disappear but stay on the ground for a few seconds. It may look like nothing big, but it sometimes made me confused if I'm aiming for a minion or just the bugged lines, especially when there were many of them. Thanks for reading this.
