Random Freezing

I find that while my game will all of a sudden freeze for a couple seconds -- All audio and video stutters for a second, and then continues. This typically looks a bit like lag but my ping never spikes, this has happened lots of other people, and this happens typically at certain points.

(For me) this seems to happen sometimes when I get lots of damage done to me, When the enemy goes in on me and is about to kill me (This is the worse because typically, i play a support. It stops me from being able to use any abilities so a death I could have prevented happens because the game lags because I can't shield myself or flash away...)

This happens a lot, and I do know it isn't my computer because it does happen to other people as well as me. I also know it isn't just me because it happens ONLY on league of legends. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, turned the graphics all the way down, and even disabled eye candy. NONE of that has helped these random freezes.

I have actually just recently experienced a similar occurrence in a recent game. I figured it was lag and kept it moving, though I had not experienced any lag while at my current residence before. It happened in bottom lane (ADC) and right when the opposing champs were making a move to attack.

Actually, it happened similarly to how a Mac will crash while there was a sudden exchange of a large amount of damage. Instead of staying closed, it picked right back up. (I don't know if this is any help)

i got almost the same problem with my game i was playing ranked with blitz the game start freezing and i can walk while im deadand when i hook someone he just teleport away

plus enemys and allies sometimes jsut stand and every thing is frozen then i don't know what heppen then i die outta no where so please help

this is really similar to what's happening to me - sometimes while i'm playing the game freezes, the screen goes black except for the (league) cursor, then everything comes back a second or so later. game audio stops but not audio from other programs (also, skype doesn't drop the call - i can still be heard by everyone else, it's just league that stops working)
