[gameplay] Neeko's w doesnt work on towers anymore
It seems in patch 9.1 Neeko's w no longer stacks or procs on towers, was this intentional? I didn't see anything in the patch notes about this.

Whats even worse is that in few of my games it doesnt work and sometimes it does work, terrible bug.
I think it's a bug, in the most of game (at least for me) it doesnt works but sometimes in other games it does. In patch notes there is only a bugfix about aa but not related with towers. If this is not intentional neeko is losing so early-gold potential in-game.
Shouldnt work on towers in the first place. Dedicated split pushers like jax cant get tower damage on R or W. Braum passive wont work on towers why does Neeko's overloaded W get to work on them
