Bug with Untargetable status [Gameplay]

Fiora's ultimate is supposed to rend her untargetable, but from what I've found auto attacks made before she becomes untargetable will still hit while she is untargetable (its easier to see on long range champions like jinx/cait). I know leashes are supposed to be sustained but auto's and targeted spells are supposed to fizzle due to the untargetable status right?

also another thing I noticed, vladamir gets hit by rumbles flamespitter while hes in pool. I don't think that's supposed to happen, but I've observed it a number of times.

if either of these are intentional please let me know, I'm curious as to how they happen.
