Buggy?

I've ran into a couple of bugs today that left me saying 'wait wtf?'

Bug 1: I just couldn't connect to the game. The game started and I loaded to 100% and it wouldn't load me in. I closed the game and tried again and my team had surrendered. -18lp on that one.

Bug 2: Finished a game that I won. Enemy team surrendered, after which the game acted like I had left the match and kept prompting me to 'reconnect'. Reconnecting just failed and it cycled back to the screen where it wanted me to reconnect. Thankfully, it didn't count as a loss due to AFK.

Bug 3, which is the weirdest one that made the least sense to me: Small teamfight bottom lane with me and one other teammate taking on a Jax and a Jinx. I dive in on Jinx and I'm about to finish her, when... she just disappears from the screen. Literally just ceased to exist. Fast forward a few seconds, she is invisible and untargetable laying into us while Jax tanks and me and my teammate die, then like a rabbit out of a hat she just reappears with half health and runs back to base.

Anyone else experiencing a buggy mess of a game since the recent patches or is it just me?
