Hextech Annie Bug [GAMEPLAY]

This bug isn't very big and doesn't create many problems, but I felt about reporting it anyways. So, sometimes Hextech Annie's Tibbers doesn't have the big health bar that the normal skins have. I don't know if it always happens but everytime I saw a Hextech Tibbers I couldn't see well how much health it had left.
