Chrysalys visual effect bug

I've recently played with the Chrysalys mastery in the Resolve tree. As soon as I hit 4 kills I got a green question mark on my head. After a while I realised it was the Chrysalys completition mark, which probably went missing from the game files or has a similar problem. I didn't take a video but luckily my friends did, you can notice it on top of Camille's head.
