Loot Champion related bug

k so here's the situation I patched to 7.4 and now under my loot all I see or rather what I cant see is any champion related content so no champion shards, champion skins, or champion mastery tokens I tried restarting did not help I wanted to see if this a me thing and I need to use the hi-tech repair tool or if its a thing going to be fixed soon.
