Aram Ornn Ghost Poro Bug

This has been said on reddit already and on twitter I saw that there was a fix, but today's game begs to differ. In this short clip alone from the game, stepping into brush and proc-ing the ability to use the ghost poro's active causes ornn's passive cooldown to reset consistently. Staying out of brush allows it to continue ticking down as normal. Though I already die plenty enough times to buy items and almost never use the passive in arams, it was distracting enough due to the flickering of the number at the bottom of the screen, which did cost me a few random abilities and/or flashes out of nowhere.
