Neeko Bugs

There's 2 bugs I want to point out. One happens to Neeko herself and directly affects her player, the other is one that I personally have not seen.

The first bug is regarding her passive. If Neeko is at, say, 400/1300 health and transforms into a 1300/1300 health Morgana, Neeko's own health (400/1300) does not regenerate. This stays like this until she breaks the disguise, which can be problematic and I don't think it's supposed to happen.

The second bug is regarding her scoreboard. Enemy players have reported not seeing Neeko's items or seeing her displayed as the wrong champion (There was a Lee Sin on my team, enemy players said I displayed as either my allied Morg or Lee Sin at times)
