Loot restricted.

Just tried to play a game of league, everything went fine, got into champ select and everything, then it launched. I loaded to 100% before the game bugsplatted and kicked me from the loading screen. I hit reconnect, and it tried, and failed. Twice. My internet is fine, the servers are fine, and I honestly don't even know what the issue was, but after the second try to reconnect it sent me to the post game lobby, with THIS MESSAGE:

"You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors."

After I finally, FINALLY, after more than 6 months of league, regained my honor level to level 3.

I don't get how this is right, in any way. I'm almost done playing league after shit like this..
