Kalista Sentenial Stuck

So I was messing around playing some (lazy-ish, hint the CS and kda) Kalista/Annie on the PBE when Annie came across a my stuck W. It stayed there the entire game and was able to be targetted but nobody killed it. :p

Has anyone else seen this?
