Azir Fixes Are just broke something else.

On discovery of the bug fix patch note seeing this ult got fixed again I started playing Azir ,again....that when I start noticing something more dreadful. The ult detection on dashing enemy got improved but i notice enemy just running past an active ult is a bit funny. Azir is not fixed. He is rushed. I like the champ but i can't play with that champ seeing my ult keep passing through enemies so many times that i avoid using it unless i was going to die anyways and most likely My ult pass through people again.

Please stick close to azir... all his other ability functions are fine but you really got to pay attention on that ult.
