Hello! Every time I play Taric, if I am near enough to the person I have linked with W, it causes very strange screen chopping. I don't know how to record it myself, but I found a video someone else posted of the exact bug.

Also, this bug has been happening to me for a long time... I only just now decided to report it. It looks like I'm not the only one... this bug goes back at least a year.

I am happy to help any way I can. This bug is awful. The stutter "feels" like a framerate drop though, it doesn't actually cause a framerate drop: I average around 120 FPS in a team fight as I am on a decent machine. I have updated and performed clean installs of video drivers. All of my other drivers are up to date (bios, audio, etc). To my knowledge, I do not have any viruses or malware causing the issue.
