In-Game HUD Bug, Changes HUD

Happened to me once at the moment, the in game HUD turns into a darker shade (grayish), all settings for the HUD and layout turn back to default, for example, I had mirror scoreboard setting, but the bug makes it back to default un-mirrored, it happened with the 4 champ icon too, it adds a fifth black one. It sort of reverts back to your settings throughout the game.
