Infinite bugsplats right as the game starts

I tried playing 2 ranked games today and tried a third custom game. All three times resulted in me getting bugsplats that wouldn't allow me into the game no matter how many times i tried to get past them. This cost me 20 lp and put me in a low priority queue. I've had no problems with this before hand.
