Still Bugsplatting after Reinstalling

So I just reinstalled League after having a problem with infinitely bugsplatting whenever I tried to connect or reconnect into a game. It cost me two ranked games and put me into low priority queue. And now I find out that not even reinstalling League fixed it. I'm not sure on what I'm supposed to do.

I actually just had a similar issue yesterday, for me it was due to updated/reinstalling my geforce experience. For some reason when starting a match it tried to show a small hud-based pop up for geforce and while league is in full screen it would bugsplats. If this sounds relative to your problem simply change league to play in window borderless mode.
